18. Indefinite or periodic action in the form of employees in the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development refusing to work with or recognise any non VPS staff e.g. consultants, contractors or labour hires.
How to implement this industrial action
If you work for the Department of Education, do not work with or recognise in an official capacity any staff who are not also direct employees of the Department or another government agency.
