Our current Agreement (Victorian Public Service Workplace Determination 2012) contains all our entitlements at work and set out our wage rates and the current career (classification) structure(s).
It is the most important document of our working life.
This Agreement (Workplace Determination) will nominally expire on 31st December 2015.
CPSU and the State of Victoria have agreed to a renegotiation period from 30 September 2015 until 1 December 2015 with the aim to permit a new agreement to be reached in 2015 and avoid protracted negotiations.
To meet this objective, each will provide any proposals for change to the agreement by 1 September and will meet regularly to progress negotiations in good faith.
Bargaining will occur under the protections provided by the federal Fair Work legislation and CPSU members are automatically represented.
