Your wages and conditions of work are set out within Industrial Instruments that apply to your own workplace. CPSU is the bargaining agent responsible for the creation, improvement and maintenance of these agreements.
These agreements are how CPSU ensures you are provided with good working conditions and reasonable rates of pay, and it is these agreements that CPSU works consistently to improve.
