Employees on fixed term contracts should not be disadvantaged!
Following discussions with DEECD HR, employees on fixed term contracts should be aware that if the usual practice is, that at the end of a fixed term contract, the staff member would be re-employed the following day to secure their employment for the next school year, then this practice should continue.
