  • Improving workplace gender equality

    This course provides members with an understanding the legal duties and responsibilities placed on employers under the, Fair Work Act (2009) Cth, Public Administration Act (2004) Vic. & Equal Opportunity Act (2010) Vic to provide workplaces free of gender discrimination. Members will also be able to identify rights and entitlements in the VPS Agreement 2016 that can be utilised to achieve greater workplace gender equality, including ways that members have successfully used to bring about positive change and what can be put in place to prevent gender discrimination and sexual harassment of women at work.<br />
