Workload, Morale, Dominate Work Issues

CPSU ran an online survey for NGV employees to determine key issues within their workplace.  The survey results found that employees enjoyed the art/collection, their colleagues, and the interesting nature of the work, but were concerned about management, workloads and low morale within the workplace.

CPSU ran an online survey for NGV employees to determine key issues within their workplace.  The survey results found that employees enjoyed the art/collection, their colleagues, and the interesting nature of the work, but were concerned about management, workloads and low morale within the workplace. 

Survey respondents indicated that they overwhelmingly felt supported by their colleagues, but were equally concerned by a negative and difficult management culture.  The survey results have particularly highlighted chronic understaffing and consequential issues including unmanageable workloads and severe levels of work-related stress.  View the summary of the survey results and the full report.
