Transporter: Performance Scheme - Extension Approved

CPSU has successfully negotiated an extension for lodgement of performance plans from October to December 09 which is confirmed in the latest correspondence between CPSU and DOT regarding their recently introduced policy changes to the Performance Management System.

CPSU reminds members that all performance plans must be agreed upon between yourself and your manager.

Progression with a Value Range requirements are set out in our federally registered Victorian Public Service Agreement and DoT have agreed to these entitlements.

Only agree to a plan therefore that you think is fair, and don t sign a plan that you are not happy with!

The plan must be made up of transparent, demonstrable, clear, tangible, achievable, measurable, objective performance criteria that are within your control.

DoT has been advised subsequently that the opt out provision is not available under the Agreement.
