Commissioner Smith has today issued a statement on the progress of conciliation since the cease-fire was agreed last Sunday week.  Importantly Fair Work acknowledges that DHS has not adopted a take it or leave it approach at this stage of the negotiations and anything said to the contrary does not reflect the true position.
