Site Local Group Reps List Updated

Elections at MAP, Marngoneet and MRC have now been conducted and additional details have been provided for Courts, DPFC and Tarrengower.

The minutes of the joint CV / CPSU meeting are now available.

** Site Local Group Reps List Updated **

At COURTS, DHURRINGILE, FULHAM, JUDY LAZARUS & LODDON where there are still local group vacancies our PD Executive in conjunction with CPSU Industrial Officer Peter Hanley will contact members and arrange a site visit to fill these vacancies.

ll new site reps will take office on 1st July 2008.

Training will be provided in the role, their relationship to the state-wide Prisons Division Executive, and the central CPSU SPSF Victorian Branch Council.

 - Medications: update to be provided.
 - Prisoner Health: clarification - state-wide seminar
 - Cell extraction: OHS data: awaiting information as promised.
 - Reclassification of recreation officers.
 - Alleged terrorist Escort update from working party.
 - Update on tactical weapons working group.
 - ESO TAC: need confirmations of the numbers of staff.
 - Correspondence on surge capacity.
 - Introduction of dual reception points for the male prisons.
 - Relocation of SESG Intel: need more detail.
 - New Prison Ararat, 40 residential facility for sex offenders.
 - Electronic Performance Management System: matters arising.
 - Clause 9 notifications process.
