Worth 100% Campaign launched

Updated 12/06/2018

CPSU has launched our Worth 100% Campaign to help close the gender pay gap in the Victorian Public Service. Currently the gap in the VPS sits at 12%. This means that women earn on average $10,197 less than their male counterparts with a median base salary of $76,487 for females and $86,684 for males.

CPSU wants to help close that gap for our members. But we need your support to achieve success.

We are calling on women in the VPS to sign up via our website to become Gender Pay Equity Advocates to help further our campaign and our overall goal to close the gap. Becoming an advocate means you can play an active role in the campaign in a range of ways, from handing out flyers to attending pay audit training.

We will be in regular contact with our advocates about training dates, our pay audit tool, and any news in relation to the campaign.

We look forward to working with you on this important issue.
