• 2.5% - Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency members
• 1.75% - Member Of State Parliament Staff (Electorate Officers)
• * 1.5% - Ministerial Office members
• * 1.5% - Victorian Public Service members within Departments and Agencies
• * 1.5% - Arts Institutions' members (National Gallery, State Library, Museum, ACMI, and Film Victoria)
• * 1.5% - Parliamentary Officers' members
• * 1.5% - Public Transport Victoria members
• * 1.5% - Victorian Building Authority members
• * 1.5% - Victoria State Emergency Service members
