CPSU is pleased to announce that after some delay VICSES has secured the funding for the proposed Victoria State Emergency Service Agreement 2020. The draft agreement will now proceed to Industrial Relations Victoria (IRV) to commence the approval process. CPSU intends meeting with VICSES to determine next steps, which include the 7 days access period, the employee vote, which if successful will mean the agreement will proceed to the Fair Work Commission for their assessment. CPSU will report an indicative timeline back to members following that discussion.
