The State Government has announced that from 11:59pm thursday night, metropolitan Melbourne will move to most of the same settings currently in place across regional Victoria. 

The extra week of restrictions has provided critical additional information about how this virus has moved around the community and provided the confidence that we are now able to ease restrictions.
