Restrictions will ease in Victoria for fully vaccinated people from midnight tonight ahead of reaching the 90 per cent aged over 12 fully vaccinated target either Saturday or Sunday. Caps will be lifted on social gatherings, hospitality and in other setting with limits on the number of visitors in the home to no longer exist.
