Overs and Unders - Incorrect ParksVic Payments

Parks Victoria will be notifying impacted workers of a number of incorrect payments, including:

Additional superannuation - Overpayments
Impacted workers will be advised of the overpayment amount, with PV only seeking repayment of overpayments above $1000. Impacted workers are recommended to review eligibility to ensure that their overpayment amount is correct.
Impacted members should contact CPSU Organiser Bek to advise that they have been notified of an overpayment. 
CPSU will then organise a meeting of impacted members to discuss next steps. We recommend that impacted members do not organise repayment prior to this meeting.

Additional superannuation - Underpayments
Impacted workers should have received underpayments in their most recent pay, including interest.

Emergency event - Underpayment
There has been underpayment relating to a recent emergency event due. Impacted workers will be notified of the underpayment and will be receive payment including interest.

Undercalculation of FML
Impacted workers will be advised of incorrect accrual of FML relating to public holidays across the 2022/2023 financial year, 2023/2024 financial year, and 2024/2025 financial year. Impacted workers will be given additional time to take their FML for incorrect accrual in the 2024/2025 financial year. Impacted workers will be given a choice of additional leave or receiving payment relating to incorrect accrual for the 2022/2023 financial year and 2023/2024 financial year.
