Officer and Related Parties Disclosure Statement for the 2025/26 Financial Year

Under Section 293J of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009, the Branch is required by law to – within 6 months of the end of a financial year – prepare and publish an officer and related party disclosure statement. This statement must include the following details:
- The names, positions, and total remuneration (including non-cash benefits) received by the top five most highly remunerated officers (S293BC), and
- Any payments made by the Branch to any related parties (businesses or other entities controlled by the Branch) or declared persons (A person for whom an officer has a material personal interest) (S293G).
This statement was submitted to the Fair Work Commission on 7 July 2026. Members can access the statement here.
