Under Section 293J of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009, the Branch is required by law to – within 6 months of the end of a financial year – prepare and publish an officer and related party disclosure statement. This statement must include the following details:

1. The names, positions, and total remuneration (including non-cash benefits) received by the top five most highly remunerated officers (S293BC), and
2. Any payments made by the Branch to any related parties (businesses or other entities controlled by the Branch) or declared persons (A person for whom an officer has a material personal interest) (S293G).

This statement was submitted to the Fair Work Commission on 7 July 2026. Members can access the statement here.
