You have enforceable rights as detailed in Agreements and the Fair Work Act. CPSU will enforce those agreements in various Courts and Tribunals should your employer breach them.

CPSU's Entitlements & Compliance Team (E&CT) will appear on your behalf in jurisdictions such as the Fair Work Commission. We will advise you on the strength of your case and the best way to gain a positive outcome. While CPSU representation is free for members, you may be required to pay costs if your case is unsuccessful in some jurisdictions. Your Entitlements & Compliance Team officer will advise you of these risks before any action is taken.
