The Victorian Public Sector Career Structure Salary Bands

Most CPSU members are covered by the Victorian Public Sector Agreement. The newest agreement, the Victorian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement 2020 sets out salaries and salary increases until 30 June 2024.

The Victorian Public Sector Mobility Payment

A mobility payment equivalent to 1.25% of the top of each value range will be paid as Ordinary Time Earnings (OTE) on 1 July each year that recognises mobility principles, the constantly changing nature of the work in the modern public service, the commitment Victorian Public Sector employees show to support changing government priorities and to encourage employees to gain relevant, diverse and evolving skills and experience across the public sector.

These payments are in addition to progression and the top of band 1.5% pay arrangements.
