Flexible Work Arrangements

Under the Fair Work Act employees in certain circumstances have a right to request flexible work arrangements such as changed hours or location of work.
For example, an employee with a disability or family responsibilities may request to work part-time hours and the employer cannot 'unreasonably' refuse the request.
