This course builds the knowledge and skills necessary for the role of delegate. It develops delegates' understanding of the role and how to strengthen union organisation. Participants will practice skills such as reading and understanding industrial implements, identifying issues, holding one-on-one conversations, and solving problems in the workplace. It also covers delegate rights under the law and your Enterprise Agreement, as well as delegate responsibilities.
