To be eligible for this course, you must have completed the training course Core Skills for Delegates and have 12 months of experience as a delegate in the workplace.

This course builds on previous training. It focuses on public speaking skills, advocacy and negotiation skills, building democratic structures in a workplace union, and how to identify and address barriers to building union activism and strength.

This course is run over two days, face-to-face, on the dates listed below.
