The final weekly prize of the CPSU photo competition has been won by Peter Baker, a member who works at DSE.

Peter describes his photograph, titled "The Hard Slog", in the following way: “There’s more to bush fire-fighting than water bombing aircraft and fire-tankers that the media like to portray. When the terrain is really tough it’s time to grab hand tools and build that fire control line.” Peter’s photo is an intriguing peak into less well known aspects of Public Sector work.

The CPSU judges will spend the next week reviewing all the photographs that have been submitted in order to select our grand prize winner. Our winner will receive a brand new 32gb, 3g iPad2 valued at $839.
