Action 10: Indefinite or periodic industrial action in the form of a ban on answering phone before 9am and after 4:30pm.
How to implement this industrial action
This action can be taken by not answering phone calls prior to 9am or after 4:30pm. If you are working before 9am or after 4:30pm you undertake all other normal duties, but you do not use the telephone for any work related purpose.
