Pay Rise Coming - Fair Work to Decide

Updated 22/04/2016

Fair Work Australia has today terminated our bargaining and arbitration on wages will be the next step to resolve the impasse for CPSU members unless the Government makes an acceptable wages offer during the conciliation period but this will end on 13 January 2012.

Commissioner Smith’s Decision;  Fair Work Order;

The Government has been strategically out manuvoured in our bargaining after attempting to drag the talks out further by applying only to suspend.

Treasurer Kim Wells has provided all the evidence necessary for productivity based wage adjustments after his one in 10 job redundancy announcement last week and with bargaining behaviour a determinant in arbitration the Governmen is left with its duplicity and dishonesty exposed.
