CPSU Victoria supports and protects members working in the Victorian Public Sector, which comprises of the Victorian State Government departments (the Victorian Public Service) as well as dozens of public entities, often called authorities or agencies.

By far the largest agreement applies to the departments and agencies that comprise the VPS (Victorian Public Service). The most recent agreement for the VPS, the Victorian Public Service Enterprise Agreement 2020, was signed in 2020 and covers over 50,000 workers.
