Another pay rise from 1st July under our Victorian Public Service Agreement should be in your pay this week.  This increase applies to you and all your colleagues.  DoJR, DELWP, DEDJTR, VicPol, and DHHS have all confirmed they were paying this increase this week.  Contact your payroll team if you haven't received your pay rise and let CPSU know.

“What has the union ever done” ?

CPSU members won this new 1.5% pay rise straight off the back of 1.75% that was recently paid and backdated to 1st January and these combined equate to hundreds of extra dollars and should put a spike in your take home pay each fortnight.  Approach one of your colleagues who is not yet a CPSU member to ask them whether they’d like to contribute as well as receive.  Ask them to use some of the extra pay and join.  Receiving is great but contributing delivers greater benefits for ALL.
