Since 1997 there has been an entitlement in our dental agreements for employees to be reimbursed by the employer for the cost of the required radiation safety licence fee.

It has come to the union's attention that employees are not making these claims or are being denied payment on the basis that the expenses policy does not provide for such reimbursement.

CPSU needs to know how widespread an issue this is, as the clause is intended to ensure that this fee is reimbursed.
