Our State Trustees, Health Purchasing Victoria, and Lower Murray Water members have just concluded Agreement negotiations winning 3.25% per annum wage increases, while Southern Rural Water members are awaiting government approval for their Agreement after winning 12.5% over 4 years being paid in four instalments as 3%, 3% then 3.25% & a further 3.25%.

Royal Botanic Gardens members have their Agreement awaiting Fair Work approval after winning 13% over 4 years paid in four instalments as 3%, 3% then 3.5% & a further 3.5%.

VicSuper members have completed their negotiations and awaiting Board approval of the new Agreement.

Bargaining is still underway at the ZOO and Grampians Wimera Mallee Water , while negotiations are just commencing for our Goulburn Murray Water and Shrine members.

Negotiations at the Custody Centre for our members have reached a stalemate with two nearly identical offers from G4S, the private operator, failing at employee ballot; while our Prisoner Transport members, employed by the same private company, could see there complex negotiations finally conclude with an acceptable offer following delays brought about after another union asserted their representational rights in that workplace.

Our Legal Aid , Education Support , WorkSafe and Serco members are all in Agreements with further pay increases due later this year.

Agreements are also currently in place for our private prison members at Port Phillip Prison , Fulham and Ravenhall Correctional Centres .
