The outcome would have seen employees owing RBG hours for having accessed leave at half-pay.

Your annual leave accruals each year are based on the hours you ordinarily work, not in the way RBG management had worked it out.

Management was wrong in its interpretation. 

The Result?

CPSU consulted Industrial Relations Victoria, who contacted RGB to advise management they were wrong.

The leave audit will no longer penalise employees for having accessed annual leave at halfpay.
