A leave audit undertaken by Royal Botanic Gardens management that led to reduced annual leave accruals for employees who had accessed annual leave at half pay has been reversed.
A leave audit undertaken by Gardens management that led to reduced annual leave accruals for those employees who had accessed annual leave at half pay has been reversed.
The outcome would have seen employees owing RBG hours for having accessed leave at half-pay.
Your annual leave accruals each year are based on the hours you ordinarily work, not in the way RBG management had worked it out.

The Result?
