ESSSuper Agreement approved by Fair Work

CPSU is pleased to advise that the ESSSuper Enterprise Agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC) on 28 April and comes into effect on 5 May 2021.
Salary increases are backdated to 15 June 2020 with employees receiving a 3% increase (2% for ESS4 and above).
A One off Patience in Bargaining payments in Clause 20 will also be payable with varying amounts depending on an employee's commencement of employment date.
New conditions of employment including improved parental leave, long service leave, and includes a model gender equality provision, amongst other improvements.
