Notice under Regulation 126(2) of the lodgement of an application to make alterations to CPSU, the Community and Public Sector Union; Chapter C - SPSF Group Victorian Branch Rules

On 17 December 2024 the CPSU filed the necessary paperwork to alter the CPSU/SPSF Victorian Branch rule book to make amendments.  

The alterations were approved by the CPSU/SPSF Victorian Branch Council on 2 December 2024. 

The proposed branch rule amendments fall into 3 general categories.

1. Reformatting and typographical errors.

2. Deletion of legacy rules which are inconsistent with Chapter C

3. Add new rule to deal with Workplace Delegate rights added to Fair Work Act 2009 by Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Act 2023
