Under Division 5 of Part 3 of Chapter 8 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009, the Branch is required to prepare, provide to members free of charge, and lodge with the Fair Work Commission, an annual financial report consisting of audited financial statements, an operating report, and an auditor’s report.

To acquit Section 265 of the Act, this report is made available here to members free of charge.

To acquit Section 266 of the Act, this report will be presented and noted at the meeting of Victorian Branch Council scheduled for Monday 24 November 2025.

To acquit Section 268, the presented and noted report will be lodged with the Fair Work Commission within 14 days of the VBC meeting mentioned above.
