This course builds on previous training. It focuses on public speaking skills, advocacy and negotiation skills, building democratic structures in a workplace union, and how to identify and address barriers to building union engagement and strength.

To be eligible for this course, you must have completed the training course Core Skills for Delegates and have 12 months of experience as a delegate in the workplace.

This course is run over two days, face-to-face, on the dates listed below.
