The CPSU SPSF Group Victorian Branch is a democratic organisation that is controlled by its members.

On 11 November 2025, the AEC provided the Branch with a copy of their post-election report prepared under Section 197 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 (The RO Act).
