A completed enrolment form from an approved Victorian Tertiary Institution or proof of enrolment for the course.
A copy of the course guide to demonstrate the relevance of the subjects chosen to union issues.
Written essay (as stated in the description, maximum 500 words) plus any other supporting evidence.
