The third weekly winner of the CPSU Photographic Competition is Joshua Hannaford from DPI.

The photo shows Joshua conducting surveillance on the Werribee River protecting native fish stocks – in this case Black Bream. The photo is shot in wide angle with the sun setting in the background, and is visually stunning. Joshua describes it as "With black bream on the bite Fisheries Officer Joshua Hannaford conducts surveillance on the Werribee River last week(26/5)".
