Updated 22/04/2016

The industrial action

Action 9: Indefinite or periodic ban on checking emails after 12 noon each day. Requests outside this time, via email, will not be responded to until the next day.

How to implement this industrial action

This action can be taken by closing your email application at 12 noon (midday) on the day you are taking the action and not opening it again until the next morning. If you are unable to shutdown your email application, you would ignore any emails between 12 noon each day and when you start again next day.
