DIIRD Proposes further Changes - Organisational Restructure.
CPSU received a copy of the Departmental Organisational Strategy on 29 February.
The proposal includes a comprehensive organisational chart that is colour-coded to indicate proposed changes.

All staff should have received this information from the Department s Secretary.
CPSU needs your feedback on the proposal, so that we can interpret the extent of the changes and the impact they will have in each division.
The Victorian Public Service Agreement 2006 provides for consultation with affected employees and the union in the case of a re-organisation or restructure.
Consultation includes the right to submit alternative proposals for the Department s consideration.
