Progression Time

Progression payments fall due arising from the 2017-18 performance cycle and for only the second time under our Agreements there will be a 1% bonus payment for employees who are at the top of a grade or value range and where the Employee is assessed at their annual performance review as meeting the “progression criteria” outlined in the Employee’s performance plan.

 

Don't be misled by 'ability to pay' arguments from your manager / Employer. 

If you're assessed as meeting the “progression criteria” outlined in your performance plan then you should be paid your progression.
