Accident Compensation ACT Review Concerns

- Fight to Protect Our Injured Workers

The Victorian Government s review of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 conducted by Mr Peter Hanks QC, has released draft recommendations which will lead to a diminution of entitlements for injured workers, if implemented.

Trades Hall s Executive Council of ALL Unions met recently about the Review recommendations and agreed that a major campaign will be organised to fight to protect injured workers.
