All custody centre employees have been on the front line during the pandemic.  Our members have put the needs of G4S and the community in front of their own health and safety.  They've been patient working through lockdowns, being exposed to Covid and working short staffed.

Only CPSU members are protected under federal law when taking industrial action now.

If we are going to win this fight and win a clear, transparent and equitable pay increase for everyone, people need to join CPSU.
